About Us π
Chef "IQ" with over a year of experience in a well-known French style bakery shop in Palo Alto, California, traveled to Fukuoka to add to his resume the skill of unique Japanese style baking. He thought of how both styles clash and complement each other and came up with the idea of expressing himself through doughs and butter and his passion of bakery. Right in his hometown, Chiang Mai, he wanted the locals and travelers to experience the same through his bakery.
At "Maison Maison", our bakery is of French style made from imported butter and other high-quality ingredients. We put effort into making sure that our products are clean, fresh, good-looking, and tasty.
